black colour means the richness sources of raw material such as oil.
BLAZON

a) 13
stripes on wing and tail of Kenyalang Bird mean the 13 states at Malaysia.
b) The
hibiscus at both of the leg outside indicates the national flower of states and
Malaysia.
c) The
motto at the lower side ‘Hidup Selalu Berkhidmat’ means that always dedicate
for citizen.
